1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE? Radomir is an Entrepreneur from Serbia with a strong tech background and the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems. He is passionate about startups, remote work, and leading teams. He gained experience in companies like SAP, Microsoft, think-cell, Embroker, Toptal, GoQuo, Yara, and Sema, and has had the opportunity to lead a whole engineering team with more than 20 engineers distributed all around the globe.
2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER? A Truth Founder is someone who tackles problems they've encountered, making life better for others.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
Years of working remotely was inspiring but lonely. That's why I launched Remote Santa to foster better connections among teams.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? I set my alarm for 7:30 AM, but my dog insists on an earlier start. :) Then we take a walk together. I then have my coffee and breakfast, and am ready for work.

6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? Our mission at Remote Santa is to make remote work more connected, fulfilling, and enjoyable. In an increasingly remote world, our platform offers practical solutions to the challenges of isolation, lonliness and disconnection.
7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
I've experienced the struggles of remote work, and I'm confident in our ability to overcome them. With a dedicated team and a well-defined mission, I'm determined to make our venture a success.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WITH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF... WE WILL BE... )
Imagine a world where remote work is known for strong team connections and nobody feels lonely. What if everyone feels like part of a big, global team?
Our success will be when we've made remote work less lonely and helped people connect better, making it an inclusive, friendly, and global work environment.

10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? A significant turning point in our journey was the decision to initially serve regional companies. However, when our website went live, it became evident that the demand, primarily from the US, was overwhelming. This discovery prompted us to pivot and adapt our strategy towards a more global approach, reshaping the course of our venture.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? My greatest personal success is my capacity to stay focused on my goals and persevere through challenges.
As a Founder, my greatest success is building a team that shares a common vision and is dedicated to our mission.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? I've always had a never-give-up attitude. No matter how tough things get, I just keep moving forward.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
I recognize that there are many aspects to self-improvement, and one of them is working on my public speaking abilities.
One reason I haven't fully tackled this yet is the fear of speaking in front of large audiences.
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
The best advice I've received is to embrace patience and just let things fall into place. In the startup world, it's crucial to understand that success often takes time, and stressing too much won't expedite the process.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) I'd rate it a 7. While I believe our community has a good understanding of our truth story, there's always room for improvement. We're constantly learning and refining our message to ensure better clarity.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? I most admire my co-founder for her incredible ability to juggle various roles, from marketing and sales to design and product development. Her dedication and versatility in managing these responsibilities have been truly inspiring.

18. WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT MISSION STATEMENT OR MESSAGE + MARKET FIT FOR YOUR VENTURE?
At Remote Santa, we're on a mission to foster a strong sense of connection among remote teams. We do this by helping companies recognize their team members with thoughtful, location-based gifts, organizing engaging virtual birthday parties, and hosting interactive games like Secret Santa. Our goal is to enhance team bonding and tackle the issue of loneliness in remote work environments.
19. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO TO UNWIND AFTER A LONG WORK DAY?
After a busy workday, I like to unwind with some of my hobbies. I enjoy walking my dog, going fly fishing by the river, skiing down the slopes, and playing my guitar. These activities help me relax and feel refreshed, making a great end to the day.
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? The last thing I treated myself to was a brand new pair of skis, and I celebrated this purchase as a reward for achieving my personal skiing goals and embracing the joy of winter sports.
