My TRUTH Story:
1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE?
Hello everyone, this is Fiona Jasmut, an energetic entrepreneur who was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany.
Always looking for the next challenge! At the beginning of the year she founded KassenKompass GmbH which brings you money back from your public health insurance in Germany like 500€ for your sports membership, clothes, or benefits for pregnant women.
After working in a corporate job at Philips, founding her jewellery brand, and being a financial advisor whilst traveling the world, she focused on German health insurance.
She is quite amused by the fact that 90% of the Germans have it, nobody cares about it, but actually, it's the most important insurance you have in life.
Furhtermore, you can find her playing field hockey or listening to music.
2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER?
A Truth Founder is someone who has the power and energy to sustain the way of an entrepreneur but still with laughter in life. As well as following their positive energy whilst working hard for their goals.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
At the age of 20, I co-founded a sustainable jewelry company with my best friend while we were in Hawaii—a venture that came about serendipitously.
It became clear to me that my true path lay elsewhere when my supervisor at my previous job remarked, "Fiona, you don't quite fit in here; you belong in the dynamic world of startups."
This insight solidified my decision to embark on this entrepreneurial journey.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? Every morning i do sports at like 7am in the morning to properly wake up and already do a little to do list in my head.

7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
I understand what it's like to have no idea what health insurance entails. Fortunately, I have an incredible team supporting me as we continue our journey.
Additionally, we run a highly engaging Instagram account, @kassenkompass, and have a strong connection with our target audience, who are our peers.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WITH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF... WE WILL BE... )
Imagine a world where all health care products are for free.
What if the cost of prevention in medical care is higher than the reaction and sick bills.
We will all be very healthy and happier.
9. ANSWER THESE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE - I BELIEVE... I DON'T BELIEVE... I believe if you have the right people surrounding yourself you can achieve anything.
I believe that there are times where you feel super down but that's completely normal.
I believe that every entrepreneur thought about quitting and just flying off to some kind of island, They are lying to you if they say they didnt.
I don't believe in taking shortcuts when it comes to achieving long-term goals.
10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? Receiving financial support from the city of Hamburg. It showed me that someone already really trusts our journey. That gave us alot more energy to continue.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? Speaking in front of many people at the mission female fair; Plus helping two other women start their founder journey's.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? + My energy and spirit of never giving up.
- Being a perfectionist.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
Creating more strategy in the way I work.
Sometimes start-up life is quite chaotic but slow especially when you hire your first employee you have to become it and with pressure.
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
Don't think too much, Just start. If you fail, Look in another direction and start again. If you don't want to start again then don't complain about not giving it a try.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) 9 - I never really published my founder story, only in presentations with a certain circle.

16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? Marie Curie - loved her book and one of the first pioneers to just follow her dreams.

I like to go for a run and listen to music, meet friends or just book my next holiday.
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? Meeting my friends in Lisbon for my master's degree where I celebrated doing my full-time entrepreneurship master's and scaling up my jewelry brand at the same time.
