Originally from the Philippines now living in London, Cien has always been driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to making technology accessible to all.
Launch Lemonade has become a go-to resource for aspiring entrepreneurs, providing the tools, insights, and support necessary to navigate the complexities of bringing a new product to market.

2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER?
A Truth Founder, in my view, is someone who is deeply committed to authenticity, integrity, and purpose in their entrepreneurial journey.
They are driven not just by the desire to build successful businesses, but by a genuine passion to solve real problems and create meaningful impact.
A Truth Founder is someone who stays true to their core values, even when faced with challenges or pressures to conform to trends that may not align with their vision.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
I didn’t set out with the specific goal of becoming a "founder," but rather, I’ve always been driven by a deep passion for solving problems and providing meaningful solutions to people's challenges.
My journey into founding companies emerged organically from this passion. As a product leader, I had the privilege of working closely with teams to understand the intricacies of both the problems we faced and the processes needed to address them effectively.
Over time, I became deeply involved in streamlining solution-building processes, which not only improved the products I was working on but also sparked a realisation: I could take this problem-solving approach further by creating environments and platforms that empower others to build their own solutions.
This realisation naturally led me to founding companies like Launch Lemonade, where I could apply my experience in product development to help others transform their ideas into tangible, impactful products.
So, rather than being inspired by a specific event, it was this cumulative experience of seeing how effective problem-solving processes could drive real change that inspired me to step into the role of a founder.
It’s been less about the title and more about the opportunity to make a broader impact by helping others succeed in their own problem-solving journeys.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? My morning routine has evolved over time. I used to be someone who woke up early every day, a habit ingrained in me since childhood. Growing up, I was an athlete, and I’d start my mornings as early as 5:30 AM for training sessions.
This routine became second nature and was a significant part of my life for many years. However, more recently, I’ve found that sleeping in suits my natural rhythm better. I’m more of a night owl these days, and I’ve realized the importance of getting enough rest to maintain my energy and focus.
When I wake up, I like to start my day with a walk, where I’ll listen to a book or podcast, which helps me ease into the day while staying mentally engaged.
After my walk, I dive straight into deep work. This is my most productive time, and I try to protect it by pushing any calls or meetings to later in the day. This routine allows me to balance rest with productivity, ensuring that I can bring my best self to both my personal and professional life.

6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? People should care about Launch Lemonade because it addresses real challenges that many face in today’s rapidly evolving world.
At its core, my work is about empowering individuals and businesses to harness the power of technology in a way that’s accessible, meaningful, and impactful.
7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
I believe WE are the ones to make Launch Lemonade a success because of our unique blend of experience, passion, and commitment to solving real problems.
Together with my co-founder, we’ve honed our skills as product and tech leaders, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to turn ideas into successful, impactful products. This experience has given us a strong foundation in building and scaling ventures, as well as a keen ability to identify and address the challenges that entrepreneurs and innovators face.
Moreover, our journey has always been driven by a genuine passion for empowering others.
We understand the needs of our users because we’ve been in their shoes - navigating the complexities of bringing a new idea to life, and we’ve seen firsthand how the right tools and support can make all the difference.

10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? One decision that completely changed the course of our journey as founders was choosing to prioritise accessibility and inclusivity at the very core of Launch Lemonade.
Early on, we realised that while there are many tools and platforms available for entrepreneurs, many of them are complex, intimidating, or simply out of reach for those without a strong technical background.
This decision led us to design Launch Lemonade with user-friendly features, provide comprehensive support, and build a community that empowers people from all walks of life to innovate.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? Personally, I regard my greatest success as being able to create an environment where innovation is accessible to all, regardless of background, gender, or neurodiversity.
Professionally, Knowing that we’ve helped people from diverse backgrounds, especially women and neurodiverse individuals, to realise their potential and bring their ideas to life is a testament to the inclusive, empowering culture we’ve worked hard to build.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? What I like most about myself is my curiosity and relentlessness. These two qualities have been the driving forces behind everything I do.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
One thing I can improve about myself is taking more time to reflect. I’m always focused on progress, solving problems, and driving forward, which sometimes means I prioritise action over reflection.
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
The best piece of advice I’ve ever given is to trust in your unique perspective and use it as your strength.
Women bring diverse, often underrepresented viewpoints to the table, and this diversity is exactly what drives innovation and growth.
I always encourage other women entrepreneurs to trust their instincts, embrace their unique perspectives, and not shy away from challenging the status quo.
Your voice, your ideas, and your leadership are not only valid they are essential to creating a more inclusive and dynamic business landscape.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) 7 - While I believe that my community resonates with my mission and understands the core values that drive my work, there’s always room for deeper connection and clarity.
As a founder, particularly as a woman in the entrepreneurial space, I want to ensure that my story not only reaches a broad audience but also fully conveys the nuances of my journey.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? I admire every woman who has faced discrimination yet continues to push forward.
To build, fundraise, innovate, and break down barriers, Despite the challenges and biases they encounter, they persevere, not only to achieve their own goals but to pave the way for others.

I like to read, catch-up on my sleep, And go our for a nice meal.
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? I treated myself to a massage for us organically driving 500+ users to our platform in August.
