1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE?
Welcome Agnieszka, a deeply passionate entrepreneur with a love for technology and it's potential for humanity.
Born and raised in Poland, she now considers Berlin her home after living there for many years.

2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER? A Truth Founder is an entrepreneur who stays true to their core beliefs and values while building their business. These founders create companies based on their authentic values, refusing to compromise just for short-term benefits. They make every business decision with their principles in mind, shaping organizations that are rooted in integrity and driven by a clear purpose.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
Having to live independently at a very young age of 14 was not easy, but it lit a fire in me to solve problems and make positive change however I could. While I may not have understood the term "founder" back then, moving out on my own helped me realize my strengths lie in tackling challenges in innovative ways.
It forced me to grow up fast and figure out how to navigate the world without a safety net. That difficult experience of independence shaped who I am today. It sparked a desire to improve whatever situations I'm in, whether my own or others'.
Becoming self-reliant at a young age is what ultimately inspired me to start my own companies - I knew I had the determination and problem-solving skills to build something meaningful from the ground up.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? Journaling, having coffee and working out.
5. WHAT MANTRA,QUOTE,LINE OR PHRASE DO YOU SAY OFTEN TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF? "I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that" ( Astrid Lindgren, Pippi Longstocking ).
6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? I really think people should care about our venture because of who we're trying to help - small businesses.
I know just how challenging it can be to juggle all the financials, paperwork and compliance issues that come with running a business. It's easy to get overwhelmed by taxes, bookkeeping and other administrative tasks.
By automating processes and simplifying back-office work, we help small companies devote more time and money to the strategic stuff that allows them to thrive. In helping individual businesses, we're also supporting the broader economy, as small businesses are it's backbone.
7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
I'm passionate about making this work because I've lived the struggle firsthand as an entrepreneur. When running my first company, I was shocked by how much time I spent on taxes and paperwork rather than growing the business. My background in product and AI gives me an advantage - I don't only "own" the problem but know what tools are required to solve it.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WITH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF... WE WILL BE... )
Imagine a world where bureaucracy basically "manages itself" and the costs for compliance and accounting are reduced by an order of magnitude.
Success for our venture means creating an environment where people are more eager to start businesses, knowing that bureaucratic hurdles won't hold them back.
9. ANSWER THESE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE - I BELIEVE... I DON'T BELIEVE... I don't believe in things that require belief to be truth
I believe in the magic prime numbers
I don't believe in growing up; it's a trap
I believe in probabilities and that a good decision is not always equal to a good outcome.
10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? There was never this one decision, but rather multiple decision chains.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? Overcoming mental health struggles and growing with every new challenge.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? I give zero f***s about status and am always happy to help - when my help is needed and not when I expect to gain something for myself.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
Speaking my mind is not always a good idea. I'm doing something about this (age is also helping), but on the other hand I think I want to keep at least some of it.
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
Received: Asking for help is OK.

15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) 8 not a 10 - Because I sometimes make things more complicated than necessary.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? I admire the guy I met yesterday wo came to Germany alone as a teenage refugee and now he speaks fluent German, is about to finish uni and wants to start a business.
These are the kind of people I admire.

20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? I celebrated mika's significant milestone by taking an evening off and going for a long date with my husband.
